Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Damaged items not reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special order items (if any)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
